Heliotrope, Flaneur Productions’ annual three-day exhibition of contemporary underground music, is back for its fifth year this May 15-17 (yes, it’s Art-A-Whirl weekend) at the Ritz Theater in Northeast Minneapolis.
I don’t typically cross-post with Metroblogging Minneapolis, but this is a local music fan’s dream festival, and it’s worth knowing about. In fact, the only non-local band is Tokyo modern psych outfit Suishou No Fune, who are worth breaking the rules for.
