Denny's and Filter are pleased to announce a unique opportunity for bands on tour. Through Denny's "Adopt-A-Band Program", touring bands can drop by a local Denny's, eat for free, hang with their fans and friends, and keep the party going into the wee hours.

During a time when touring costs are high Denny's wants to help. With the help of FILTER magazine, Denny's will provide free food for the band on the road in addition to many other promotional opportunities bands will receive when taking part in the campaign.

Adopted Bands Will Receive

1 (one) Denny's Late Night Card to receive free meals for band and crew (10pm-5am).

Coverage for band and album release on special Late Night menu in all 1,500 locations

Online promotions through Denny's Late Night micro site and Filter's online properties

Promotion through Filter's online marketing and PR team via sites, blogs and music commonalities

Inclusion in full page ad in FILTER Magazine

Filter is currently looking for bands to compete to be Denny's Adopted Band. Fans will have 2 weeks to vote via Denny's micro site to decide which of the 3-5 bands which will get "adopted" for the following month. There will only be one band adopted per month. No monetary exchanges will take place. This is a "mutual endorsement" between Denny's and the band.

Band Requirements
Bands will be expected to fulfill some minimal obligations while on the road:

At least 3 visits to Denny's throughout the month. Invite fans/friends/family for after party' at nearby Denny's. This should ideally be planned at least one week in advance so restaurant can plan accordingly.

Mentions of Denny's visit via band's website/myspace/etc.

Pictures and quick blogging from restaurant visits

Must be heading out on tour, or actively playing shows
Bands must be playing shows from 5/13-7/1
