Cee-Lo Green of Gnarls Barkley lent his voice to The Boondocks for an episode harshly critical of BET . In this edition, the lead character Huey goes on a hunger strike against the network due to lackluster programming and inept executives. Hopefully this helps combat the notion that the hip hop community is not self aware or critical of themselves and what goes on.
