2008 NACA Mid Atlantic Regional Conference

NACA Regional Conferences provide an excellent opportunity for colleges & universities, booking agencies and self-represented artists to gather together, network, showcase, exhibit and conduct business.
NACA Mid Atlantic is the place to be to get in front of student activities planners from New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Join an anticipated 700 student buyers and their advisors from 115 schools at the 2008 NACA Mid Atlantic Regional Conference in Lancaster, PA, Oct. 23-26, 2008, to meet with over 150 firms, artists and agencies in the Campus Activities Marketplace, NACA's exhibit hall.
More than 50 showcase opportunities are available in various categories.
Submission Requirements:
- Artists that are being submitted to showcase must have a current NACA associate membership or be represented by an NACA associate member firm or agency. NACA National Associate Membership is $687. NACA Regional Associate Membership is $340.
- NACA associate members submitting artists to showcase must also purchase an exhibit booth ($235).
- NACA membership and exhibit booth application forms are available at the NACA Web site, www.naca.org/naca/Sonicbids.
After you submit, then what? A selection committee consisting of student talent buyers and professional staff from a variety of colleges and universities will meet to review all applications. Showcase selection results will be announced on the NACA Web site no later than July 3, 2008.
Upon notification, selected artists must submit a $220 showcase performance fee. Selected artists will receive all access badges to event for the day of their performance.
Please note that in addition to the $55 Submission Fee:
- Artists that are being submitted to showcase must also join NACA as an Associate member or be represented by an NACA associate member firm or agency. There are two membership options:
- NACA National Associate Membership is $687 (good until April 30, 2009).
- NACA Regional Associate Membership is $340. (good until April 30, 2009).
- NACA associate members submitting artists to showcase to NACA Northeast must also purchase an exhibit booth ($235).
NOTE: Your submission is not complete until you submit membership and exhibit booth payment to NACA. These additional payments must be submitted no later than June 10, 2008. If membership and booth payment is not submitted to NACA by this deadline, your submission will not be reviewed and you will forfeit your $55 submission fee.
