The Only Constant is Change

We’ve heard the quip, “The only person who really likes change is a wet baby.” But instinctively we understand that change is the only real constant. We catch a glimpse of the odd maple tree now, already turning colors many weeks ahead of the equinox; further evidence that anything that appears static is an illusion.

Your classical station is changing, too. Growing in audience (the fifth most listened to classical station in today, measured by share of audience), growing in locations (four stations where there once was only one), and growing in the number of hours devoted to local original programming.

Next week we welcome Brandi Parisi and Andrea Murray to our airwaves for Night Music, our new local overnight program. Night Owls will be delighted, I predict. As for more colorful changes on the way, well, we take our cue from the maple trees.
