The Catseyesoup Co-operative Compilation CD

This CD is first and foremost a promotional vehicle for bands playing original music. Catseyesoup will gather some great original music and assemble it onto a professional compilation CD. All included artists will receive copies of the CD to distribute. The compilation will include all the artists' promotional information so that fans can reach you. In a short time thousands of people will have heard your music, and your fan base will have grown. There are two reserved slots on the compilation for Sonicbids artists, and these selected artists will not be required to pay any additional fees.
The compilation works by means of viral marketing. All selected artists are asked to do their part in distributing the album by giving it away at shows, local record stores and radio stations. All submissions must be of good quality, clean in nature, and all original.
If selected, you will have to grant the promoter a mechanical license to produce the compilation CDs, and sign a form that consenting that you wrote the song and own the sound recording. After this project is complete the promoter will not produce any additional copies of the compilation without your permission.
Please Note: Any artists selected after the two guaranteed selections will be required to pay an additional fee to the promoter in order to be included on the compilation.
